  • Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount).

  • Above package cost is for 2 persons on twin sharing basis.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The voucher issued in respect of the package for JalMahotsav is to be furnished compulsory along with ID proof and 2 passport size photograph of each guest at reception counter at the time of checking.
  • In case of late arrival at Tent City, guest will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.
  • In case of early arrival at tent city, guest may be required to wait at waiting lounge till the availability of tent.
  • Early check in & Late Check-out are subject to availability.
  • Incase of early/late transfers, the guest will need to inform the front desk office at the time of check in. such transfers will be on chargeable basis and subject to availability.
  • Changes/ Cancellations shall be as per the cancellation policy.
  • Any amendment with respect to change in check in date shall attract amendment charge @ 15% of the package per person per amendment and changes in name of guests shall attract amendment charges as per cancellation policy.
  • Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
  • Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guest are requested to take care of their belongings.
  • This is an indicative itinerary & subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • 05% retention charges, if cancelled more than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival
  • 25% retention charges, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • 50% retention charges, if cancelled less than 07 days prior to scheduled arrival
  • 100% retention charges, if cancelled less than 03 days prior to scheduled arrival.
  • Changes in guest names would be treated as Cancellation.

  • Organizer reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.
  • Please note JalMahotsav 2019 - 2020 will start from 20th December 2019 onwards.
